Doing What I Like
A close colleague of mine finally made the move to quit. I mean, it’s a huge step for him, having been around for 20 odd years. It did set me thinking though, given the fact that I really should be looking to do what I like. And right now, my current job is not exactly what I see myself doing a year down the road.
I’ve been inundated with calls from brides-to-be, spending almost every free evening I have meeting up with potential clients. It’s tough lugging around albums, trying to sell what I consider my artistic merits in wedding photography. Sometimes you meet nice and considerate couples – and those really make my day. Other times, oh well…
I think I need to get myself one of those mirrors, or maybe simply just charge by the hour
