it's not the pictures, it's the memories.

It was a matter of time, and today, it finally hit – I encountered my videographer-from-hell. I know I really shouldn’t say this, but at one point i seriously contemplated dropping my 1D Mark II on it’s (sex of the VG shall remain private…) head.

I just can’t understand why some VGs can be so “automatic” and a pleasure to work with and some are such a pain with absolutely no consideration for the presence of a photographer/cameraman/whatever.

Anyway, just wanted to let off steam. It just got worse after I went through the pics from today’s wedding cos I kept seeing the stupid microphone on the videocam haha…

Another wedding in a few hours…so I shall remain calm, collected and inspired to take sui sui photos later

The move is finally over…thank god! It was tough unpacking 6 years worth of stuff. We’re now like 3/4 unpacked. Just a little more to go to get some semblance of a home . Also just managed to settle down a bit to look through some of the shots done last week. This one is special in particular because it was held at a unique location – great food, fun people and a lovely couple…

Matthew and Jing Yi, thanks for the wonderful afternoon, complete with tea and brownies! Too bad I missed the other beautiful-looking food…then again, if I didn’t, then I wouldn’t be doing my job

The new place is finally up (well, more or less…). We’re still missing sofa and stuff. But it’ll come. Eventually.
