I seldom do this, but here’s a slideshow of my new-found friends - Tim and Sharon’s – big day.

Popped by John Clang’s exhibition at the substation yesterday. Made me think really hard about art. As I was telling wifey, it suddenly dawned upon me that art is not about the pretty or aesthetically pleasnt looking things that I’m so used to trying to create. Art is really more than that. It transcends that. It’s about expression – expressing your inner thoughts through an art medium. In JC’s case, I interpreted it as a search of his identity through photography. The pictures are not pretty by a long shot, but they were sure “deep”.

Ok, truth is, I didn’t think Marcel and Siew Khee were a “fun couple” cos they sounded quite serious when I first met up with them. But boy, was I wrong! Siew Khee is one fun and zany bride, and Marcel is kind of a cool dude. Together with a bunch of crazy saree-totting sisters, how can things be monotonous! Here are some pics from today…
