I definitely have a lot to be thankful for – and I’m certainly counting my blessings this Christmas.

It was splashed all over the news this morning. Straits Times headline was Flyer Drama. In a nutshell, the Flyer was halted almost 6 hours, stranding 173 passengers who were supposed to be otherwise enjoying an aerial view of Singapore.
3 hours before the Flyer decided to stop, I was up there as well – my virgin maiden trip up there, together with the family. We actually had quite a lot of fun! So in a way, I guess I’m lucky to be blessed on this day. Had we decided to make the trip there later, there would probably have been 177 passengers stranded. I also can’t imagine us having to abseil down 8 storeys – I would’ve probably have enjoyed it but the kids would’ve freaked out hah!
Gabriel texted me when I was in Bali to tell me about my 4th place finish at the most recent WPJA competition. Whilst it’s only a 4th placing, it meant a lot to me because it’s the highest I’ve gotten. In a word – sweet! Here’s the image shot at Chu and Elayne’s wedding some time back…
