I shot Lyndon and Charmaine’s Bridals in the beautiful city of Prague amidst an extremely busy week where I was shooting 3 other weddings. I’m more than estatic that despite the hectic schedule that week, I was still able to survive the long trip, and more importantly, produce work for the very affable Lyndon and Charmaine that I really loved. Glenn and Angelin’s Wedding Day

Sometimes in life, you get to have an experience with people who truly care about what you do, and who do everything in their means to ensure your well-being. I’ve had the good fortunate to meet many people like that, with many of them being my clients. It would be fair to say that Glenn and Angelin, like their cousins (and my former clients) Ben and Paurene rank high up there in my list of clients that I respect. I first met Angelin when I shot Ben and Paurene’s bridals in Melbourne. She came across as a vivacious lady with a big heart – one who would do everything to help someone else. I first met Glenn, then her fiance, at Ben and Paurene’s wedding in Singapore. My first impression of Glenn was that he was quite the opposite of what Angelin is. After 3 shoots, my impression has certainly changed. Glenn may be the quieter, but when he gets into the mood – he is, well, truly an ACS boy . When they first contacted me to shoot their bridals in Melbourne and their wedding day in Bali, I was, understandably, elated. Not only did I get the chance to work with 2 amazing and gorgeous people in love, I also got a chance to meet all the families again and work with some other wonderful people – Jyue Huey from the Makeup Room, Sam from Simplemotion and our very able intern Jonathan. You may have seen their bridals that I posted some time back, and here is a snippet of the many, many images of love, laughter and dedication I saw on the beautiful island of Bali. To Glenn and Angelin, thank you so much for being you, and for having my welfare on your minds all the time. After shooting hundreds of weddings, I don’t often say this – but this is one wedding that I’m really going to miss! Hand on heart, thank you very much.

Glenn and Angelin’s Bridals

I hadn’t posted this set of bridals up earlier because we wanted to keep the images of Glenn and Angelin’s bridals in Melbourne a surprise till after the wedding. Now that the amazing wedding – both in Singapore and Bali – is over, I thought this would be a good chance to share some amazing images from Down Under. Amazing locations aside, I had the wonderful company of Glenn and Angelin on this shoot. Being residents of Melbourne, they brought me around to beautiful places and more importantly, mind-boggling good food! TJ and Elayne’s Bridals

I was blessed indeed with good weather, a fantastic couple and some of the most amazing scenery in the world. You never get tired of it no matter how many times I’ve been back there. Charles and Keisha’s Bridals

We battled the cold, we weathered the terrains. We conquered the horrendous traffic snarls, we remained unfazed by the omnipresent thick fog. We prevailed over strained muscles, we surmounted our tiredness.

It was no small feat – this bridal shoot in Beijing. I cannot imagine how tough it must have been for Charles and Keisha, but not once did they complain when the going got tough, when we had to rush, or when we were running out of light to shoot!

I can only hope that this set of bridal photography images has done justice to this bubbly couple’s dedication and love!

Geek Seng and Sher Lin’s Bridals

Ben and Paurene’s Bridals in Melbourne

Where do I even start? Ben and Paurene are so awesome that I’m literally at a loss for words – but I’m gonna try anyway. I shot their bridals in Melbourne early last week. We had so much fun, despite the horrible and unpredictable weather, that I still miss the trip even though it’s been 2 weddings and another bridals since. I’m really thankful for the great food (Ben and Paurene are really foodies!) and even greater company that included Paurene’s cousins . Paurene was so naturally giggly and relaxed in front of the camera and Ben absolutely cracked me up with some witty one-liners! I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding day but in the mean time, here are some images from this amazing shoot. Kelvin and Yan Lin’s Bridals in Perth

I couldn’t wait to share this set of images because, like the other couples that I’ve shot in Perth, it’s been yet another exciting and very fulfilling journey for me. Kelvin and Yan Lin reminded me a lot of Kevin and Cynthia. Easy-going, fun-loving and always willing to try new things. They also treated me and the makeup artist so very well – the best of food, offering to drive everywhere and even sending and picking us up from the airport. Thank you very much guys – you totally deserve a good break after exhausting yourselves for the shoot. It may not have been the best of weather but you braved it all throughout. It’s been an honour and privilege for me to have been behind the camera. Here are some images from their shoot. As a break from my norm, I’ve posted 50 images from their shoot on facebook..that’s how much fun we had!
