Really happy that 2 of the images I submitted for WPJA’s Q1 competition were placed. Although out of the top 10, I’m still happy that it managed placings in what I thought was really tough competition this quarter! As always, it would never have been possible without the faith that couples have placed in me to deliver my best!

It’s been a good break for me in Tokyo these past couple of days, although I guess I can never get away from phone calls and SMSes 
. It’s been years since I was last here, and the first thing that struck me was the sheer number of people at all hours of the day! I’m not looking forward to going back tomorrow…holidays should be a lot longer heh

A bit overdue, but I guess better late than never . So another New Year has come and gone. We did our usual rounds of visiting. Celeste was running a high fever the night before and we weren’t really sure initially if we were going to be able to do our rounds as a family. That probably explains why she looks a little sombre in the photos at the grandparents’ place. She didn’t get to complete the full “tour” though – and neither did mommy. She ended up too restless and the fever didn’t subside. Weird thing is, she’s running a fever again – this time on the 15th day of the New Year. She seems to be getting better today though.
All in all, I’m thankful that the family is safe this New Year, and that everyone is healthy. I’m looking forward to the next one!
