Their abundant energy levels rubbed off on everyone – from aunties and uncles, to bridesmaids and groomsmen and to us photographer and videographer (who happened to be Why Keen from IchiroFilms). I felt energised at every opportunity to shoot something unique for them. To be frank, it was not difficult because they presented lots of photo opportunities for me. The feather on the cap for me was Brandon performing a suprise piano piece, complete with singing, for Samantha. Why special? Because he has absolutely no knowledge of keyboards and spent a month learning to play and sing that one piece for the love of his life :) . Enjoy these images and many more on facebook!

The weather didn’t start too well and we were held up slightly by makeup but everything went A-ok after that. Evening light was one of the nicest I’ve shot in Singapore for a long time. Brandon and Samantha are such live-wires – two huge bundles of energy, antics and funny faces. I couldn’t help shooting more “fun” shots than normal. I’d previously bumped into Mandy at 2 other weddings – she happened to be bridesmaid to both Serena and Khang Ling whom I had shot end of last year. So it was nice to meet up again with her finally in the wedding gown :) . I enjoyed the pace of the wedding and the amount of rest that the couple offered me. Thanks guys! I also bumped into Samantha who does the makeup for the brides I shoot overseas. She happens to be a cousin of the bride!
