I was looking through some of the images I’ve created in the year that just went past, and came across this gem. I’ve shot plenty of reflections, but I thought this was a really different and a gem of a shot. I totally forgot that I had actually photographed this on Jason and Weiling’s wedding day. Definitely brought back wonderful memories for me!

In life, we sometimes have so many things to say, but so little time in which to say them. Something else Huishan mentioned whilst waiting for Adrian to arrive to pick her up stuck with me throughout the day – “I feel like I’m marrying my best friend”. How very true. I’m really happy that despite wedding day photography not being able to capture words like that, I can still capture them with my mind!
Adrian and Huishan are such a different type of couple. In Huishan’s words, Adrian is like the bride – he takes care of the little details and goes out of his way to make the wedding day memorable. Memorable it was, at least for me. I had such an easy time with the photography, with so many close family and friends celebrating their wedding with much gusto and spontaneity. Good on you guys…happy marriage!
